UV Curing System
for Screen Printing - Retrofit Systems
Now one unit can do conventional as well as UV curing.
Adding ultraviolet curing to your existing gas, electric
or infrared dryer is easy with American Ultraviolet Company's
irradiators, lamps and power supplies. Our custom-designed
exhaust/vacuum system installs below the belt, and the
curing system installs on top. The American Ultraviolet
Curing Irradiator Retrofit Kit includes a labeled, digital,
encased power supply; a focused, air-cooled lamp assembly;
optical shielding; and an optional vacuum/exhaust hold-down
with blower--everything you need to convert an existing
dryer to air-cooled UV.
American Ultraviolet's air-cooled conveyor-cure systems
are designed for:
- Curing UV inks, coatings and adhesives
- Retrofitting to existing conveyors and infrared ovens
